Who we are
Acali Place Marina has been a family-owned and operated full-service marina since its purchase in 2018, providing a family-friendly location to enjoy the boating lifestyle. Since its purchase by Liz and Patrick Martyn, Acali has undergone many major renovations, remodels, and upgrades. Acali Place now boasts 85 docks, fully equipped with running water and on-shore power, and offers a wide variety of maintenance and repair services.
Additionally, we offer many on-site amenities such as an on-site fuel dock and pump-out station, both available by appointment. A blockhouse that features clean and sanitary restrooms and showers, and vending machines in case your boat isn’t the only thing that needs fuel. Acali also features picnic tables, grassy lounge areas, and fire pits, all allowing you to have a relaxing, hassle-free boating and fishing season.

Purchased in 2018 by Patrick and Liz Martyn, the marina has undergone significant upgrades, including electrical service (burial of lines and removal of poles), washroom rebuild, 30,000 sq. ft. of heated indoor storage for the winter time and non boating season meaning you no longer need to winterize your boat, Weeds-be-gone installed in the canal, addition of a 40-ton marine travel lift, and a 40-ton hydraulic trailer. This equipment allows us to perform a wider variety of services to the boat-owning community, and makes Acali Place Marina the one-stop shop for all of your boating needs.
In 2022, we took a major step in the form of the addition of a 2500 sq. ft. service building, which featured a new showroom and increased manufacturing space. The new showroom and shop also house The Canvas Loft, offering upholstery and canvas work, and the Crows Nest, offering TopDek and specialty marine signage using our on-site CNC machine.
What started as a Marina is Lasalle has quickly grown into a vast and comprehensive boating destination built on a foundation of quality workmanship and genuine commitment to the boating community, both locally and beyond the Windsor-Essex County Region.
